WomanKind is dedicated to serving all women regardless of their economic status. We
have some financial assistance available for women with limited family income.
You may qualify for some reduction in fees if:

*These rates are determined by the Federal Poverty Guidelines and are adjusted
annually.
To be considered for a reduction in rates, we ask that you complete a Financial Screening Form and supply us with the following information:
•Proof of your income
(pay stubs, tax returns for the most recent year submitted
or a letter from your employer(s))
•Proof of income for your spouse/partner
•Proof of unemployment or a disability that prevents you from working
We ask that you submit your completed screening form before you set up an appointment.
