Kim Romano, Executive Director
Kim Romano joined WomanKind in September 2010 after moving back to Key West from Cambridge, MA.
Kim spent 10-years as executive director of the Florida Keys Healthy Star Coalition,
then went to film school in Boston and became a documentary filmmaker.
Romano, who holds a degree from Harvard University, is also the director and producer of "MURIEL," an award-winning documentary about a Key West woman.

Betsy Langan, MSW, Grant Writer
Betsy graduated from Vassar College with a bachelor’s degree in
Anthropology. She received her masters in social work from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002. She
is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and holds a clinical social work license in the
state of Florida. Betsy has worked in the arena of women’s health for over a decade.
In 2010, she made the long-awaited transition from Executive Director to Grant Writer. She is on the Board of
Directors of the Key West Chapter of Zonta and is a member of the Key West Business Guild.You can find her running marathons or biking up and down the Keys.

Cali Roberts, Assistant Director
Cali is from New Jersey and lived in Los Angeles before moving to Key West.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising Art from Seton Hall University. She was part of the
International Marketing Team at Merck and Co. and worked for the Associated Students of UCLA
Advertising Department.
Cali attended the National Gourmet Cookery School in New York City before moving to the Keys in 2000 to intern in the kitchen at Little Palm Island. She is a Take Stock in Children Mentor, a member of the Florida Keys Advisory Board for WLRN Public Radio, and a Florida Notary Public. |

Ginny Barr, Front Office Coordinator
Ginny has been a resident of the Keys for almost 30 years. She holds a BS
in nursing and an RN degree from the University of Pennsylvania and has 40 years of health care
experience. Before coming to the Keys, she worked as a pediatric nurse at the Children’s Hospital of
Pennsylvania and in the burn and respiratory care units at Geisinger Medical Center.
For the past 23
years, Ginny has worked in the field of women’s health. Ginny is also an accomplished musician, having
sung with the Keys Chorale, Island Opera Theatre, Opera Miniatures, and the choir of the Old Stone
Methodist Church.
